In life, change is one of the few constants we can depend on. Change may be challenging, but with the right attitude, change may be just what is needed to live a Golden Life!

The winds of change have once more blown. It's not something I wanted or planned, yet this big change came, just the same. We've traded the sugar white sand and emerald waters of Pensacola, Florida for the cool summer winds and beautiful foothills of the Santa Clara Mountains.

In 2020, my husband and I were thrilled to move back to the Northwest Florida Gulf Coast as newlyweds. We renovated a house near a bayou and began to enjoy my husband’s retirement.

Just as we had settled in, to our surprise Jordan was offered a dream job in Silicon Valley! So here we are in the Golden State for the next four to five years. We kept our home in Pensacola where the salt air and native flora have always inspired me and called me back.

I'll be visiting Pensacola very soon to speak to the Pensacola Art Guild Tuesday, May 17 at the Pensacola Yacht Club from 10 to 11 a.m. Please come by — I’ll have small matted prints, notecards and my book of paintings and poetry for sale before and after the talk!

Golden Inspiration

The Santa Clara Mountains are inspiring and we were fortunate to find a home there. Nature trails abound and we are just a short drive to the ocean! Talk about Golden Inspiration!  The California Golden Poppies are in bloom and the green hills of spring are beginning to turn Gold.
