An Introduction to Mindfulness Meditation
Are you looking for a path to inner peace? Join me for a series of classes in Mindfulness Meditation this October. This simple meditation technique can help keep you centered, peaceful and calm.
Mindfulness is a practice we learn to take into our day. We will also be discussing lovingkindness, compassion and forgiveness. There will be four classes offered per session and I'm so excited to take this journey with you! $85 per 4 class sessions.
Classes will be held via ZOOM.
Thursday Evening Session: October 6, 13, 20 & 27, 6:30 to 8:00 PT.
Saturday Morning Session: October 8,15, 22 & 29, 8:30 to 10:00 PT.
All proceeds from the class will go to Smile Train, a charity and nonprofit organization that provides free surgery to correct cleft lips and palettes in children in over 87 countries. Training local doctors in the procedure and providing funding, Smile Train gives children the smile they never thought they would have!
